Podcasts

Podcasts seem like an extremely useful tool for both teachers and students.  It is an easy tool to master.  Technically simple for even the youngest students.  Teachers can use it to create lectures for students to listen to at home instead of using valuable classroom time.  Students can create them to communicate information they have learned.

In my school, the Latin teacher created podcasts with her students.  They remade common songs, replacing the traditional lyrics with Latin ones.  It was a huge success.  What are some other ways podcasts could be utilized?
